Summary. Results of the microbiological study of isolated from aquaculture objects Aeromonas genus bacteria in order to establish their sensitivity to various classes of antibacterial drugs using the disk diffusion method are presented in the article. The authors used selective and differential nutrient media in order to obtain the pure culture of bacteria of the Aeromonas genus from pathological fish material. During the study, the antagonistic activity of probiotic microorganisms against bacteria of the Aeromonas genus isolated from the studied fish was also established. As a result of the studies, it was possible to establish the presence of sensitivity in the studied species of bacteria of the Aeromonas genus to the antibacterial drugs ciprofloxacim, impinem, cefaclor. The sensitivity of aeromonads to these drugs was established in 100% of cases. In addition, the studied bacterium of the species Aeromonas Ichthiosmia LT4159 showed sensitivity, in addition to the above-mentioned antibacterial drugs, to the drug amoxicillin. When conducting antagonistic activity of probiotic microorganisms isolated directly from the intestines of fish, a high degree of sensitivity was established in the bacterium Lapidilactobacillus dextrinicus.
