The development of effective, cheap and environmentally friendly disinfectants and disinfestations is an important area of research in the field of veterinary sanitation for the destruction of pathogens of infectious and parasitic diseases in the external environment. The results of production tests of solutions of a disinfectant for the disinfection of coccidia oocysts in the external environment are presented. The composition of the product includes - 20.0% slaked lime, containing 3.0% sodium chloride, 0.5-3.0% chloramine B and 5.0% foaming agent (PO-6K). Tests of the disinfection solution were carried out against coccidia oocysts in the unfavorable premises of the Mugutdinova peasant farm in the Buynaksky district, the Republic of Dagestan. Samples for research before and after disinfestation of the premises were taken from the floor, walls, equipment, feeders and drinking bowls. The presence of coccidia oocysts was determined by the Fulleborn method. The concentration, exposure and consumption of the disinfectant solution were considered effective, providing, according to research results, 95-100% disinfection of surfaces from coccidia oocysts when detected on control surfaces. Results - tests have shown that solutions of the disinfectant completely (100%) disinfect coccidia oocysts on smooth surfaces (drinkers, feeders, equipment) when 20.0% slaked lime with sodium chloride and a foaming agent 2.0% chloramine are added to the solution B, at a consumption rate of 0.25-0.3 l/m2, for rough surfaces (floors, walls), with the addition of 3.0% chloramine B, at the rate of 0.5 l/m2 with an exposure of 3 hours, respectively. Keywords: concentration, exposure, desalination, irrigation, disinfection, oocysts, coccidiosis, disinfection, smooth and rough surfaces. Author affiliation: | Saypullaev Magomedzapir S. | D.
