Changes in blood parameters after antibiotic therapy performed in juvenile carp and hybrid Siberian sturgeon х Kaluga (hereinafter, hybrid SS х K) are presented. A number of indices of the erythrocyte picture has been identified, which are non-specific markers, due to the fact that after a course of antibiotics in carp and hybrid SS х K, changes in the blood are different and even opposite, which indicates a species response. The leukocyte blood pattern shows similar changes in both carp and SS х K hybrid. The total number of leukocytes increases by almost 40%, which is a manifestation of stress leukocytosis associated with the release of glucocorticoids into the blood and the development of the second stage of the stress reaction - resistance (adaptation) in the body. Neutropenia and agranulocytosis were observed in fish treated with antibiotics, accompanied by an increase in the number of monocytes and lymphocytes. In addition, the hybrid SS х K increases the number of eosinophils, which can serve as a marker for sturgeon fish for a hypersensitivity reaction to antibiotics. To assess the reactivity of the body to antibiotic therapy, the leukocyte intoxication index was calculated, which decreases after a course of antibiotics in fish of experimental groups: in carp - by 2.75 times, in hybrid SS х K - by 1.95 times, relative to control groups. The greatest fluctuations in leukocyte intoxication index are manifested in carp, which corresponds to a more pronounced degree of intoxication of the body after antibiotic therapy. To correct the immuno-physiological status of fish after antibiotic therapy, it is advisable to conduct a feeding course with a probiotic drug.
