Summary. Dry three strain probiotic feed additive with antitoxic properties and consisting of three kinds of lactic culturing grown on soybean plant materials with using mineral sorbent was used in experiments. It was established that the use of the feed additive in the first experimental group contributed to the safety of quail on 90.0% and in the second and third by 94.4% is higher than in the control group at 4.45 and 8.89%. Weight for the period of growing quail in the experimental groups was higher that the control at 3.89, 9.15 and 9.92%. Chemical analysis of the muscles of quail showed that in cut of the studied groups statistically significant difference has been absent. However, in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd experimental groups the increase tendency of protein in poultry meat compared to controls by 0.61, 5.43 and 5.25% as well as reducing the fat content respectively by 0.80, 4.54 and 5.08% were observed. Analysis of quail muscles of all groups identified the absence of arsenic and mercury in the thoracic muscles in the 2-nd and 3-rd experimental groups. Decrease in the cadmium content by 9.15, 20.19 and 20.48% was detected in the thoracic muscles of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd experimental groups compared with the control group. Quantity of lead in the meat of experimental groups was lower than in the control respectively by 4.83, 9.78 and 10.43%. Results showed that the studied feed additive has high antitoxic properties because of mineral sorbent in its composition.
