UDC 619:54.02:615.281 USE OF ENROFLOXACIN ACETATE IN ANTIBACTERIAL COMPLEX PREPARATION KOLIHINOL Starikov N.M., Donnik I.M., Shkuratova I.A. Summary. Water from industrial wells in most livestock and poultry farms in the absence proper preparation, directed at normalizing pH and decrease in alkaline earth metals may reduce the efficacy treatment and prevention. Use of antibacterial substances containing enrofloxacin in particular, the use of such water leads to a decrease in the dose actually received by the reduced solubility of the antibiotic and the possible formation of compounds with the ions of the active substance in a working solution. Authors studied stability and solubility of several variants of working solutions of Kolihinol depending on the aggressiveness of the environment. Pharmacokinetics of basic compounds of enrofloxacin, advantage of acetate anions’ use instead of lactate anions, because of their better pharmacokinetic properties, is described in the article. It is recommended to use Kolihinol in agricultural enterprises, having problems with solubility of medicines, particularly containingen rofloxacin. Keywords: antibacterial substances, solubility, alkaline earth metals, pH, enrofloxacin, metabolism, lactate, acetate, Kolihinol. References: 1. Dorofeev V.L.
