PERSPECTIVES OF BIOCONVERSION OF AGROCULTURAL WASTES WITH THE HELP OF SOIL AEROBIC MICROORGANISMS

Gneush A.N., Petenko A. I., Dmitriev V I., Yakubenko E. V.

Summary. This article highlights the problems associated with the reliable protection of the environment against pollution of poultry, in particular bird droppings, which leads to the spread of infectious diseases. Besides, alienated from circulation fertile arable land, formed territory without signs of life flora and fauna. Considered the methods recycling of organic waste using special populations of microorganisms. Presented perspectives bioconversion of poultry waste using soil aerobic microorganisms, which complete the need for organic waste agro-industrial complex, containing a sufficient amount of nutrients, representing a valuable raw material for the production of highly efficient fertilizers and other products needed by the national economy, including - nitrogen. Presented data on the use of soil microorganisms in the composition of microbial preparation helps accelerate the bioconversion of animal waste. Developed a method to obtain highly active cultures on fermentation equipment, chosen nutrient medium with using inexpensive components, determine the optimum culture time. Composed formula and the ratio of different types of microorganisms in the finished biological preparations. Developed technology for processing poultry litter, which has an unpleasant smell, by the presence of adverse parasites and content of nitrates and nitrites. This reduces the time it bioprocessing and use it as fertilizer in the early months, and not only after the natural reduction of these indicators during the year keeping in heaps. As a result of preparation tests: reduced titer of E. coli, decreased content in the air of harmful gases. Microbiological control showed suppression of putrefactive microflora. After treatment helminth infection was not found; decreased ammonia nitrogen. Laboratory studies and biotesting have set reduction hazard class processed poultry litter.

Key words: poultry farms, manure, litter processing, microorganisms, bio-logical product, Pseudomonas, Azotobacter, biodegradation.
