Summary. Studies on the use of complex preparation and probiotic "Biokonkurent" were carried out on hens of egg direction (Shaver brown cross) in the farm of Stavropol region. Probiotic preparation "Biokonkurent" is a concentrate of three strains of lactic acid bacteria, propionic acid bacteria and prebiotic lactulose.

Authors proved that the use of complex preparation and probiotic "Biokonkurent" in industrial rearing of chickens as well as their combination increased natural resistance of the blood in all experimental groups. Stimulating effect of complex preparation and probiotic on physiological processes was characterized by increased bactericidal, lysozyme and phagocytic blood activity. As a result, safety of poultry was higher in the second experimental group by 2% and in the first and third –by 2,7%, compared to the control.

Keywords: rearing chickens of egg productivity direction, desoldering during periods of growth, complex preparation, probiotic "Biokonkurent", bactericidal, lysozyme and phagocytic activity of blood, safety.
