Efficiency of bluetongue control at export /import of animals from the countries with disadvantaged status of zones

Summary

Results of an estimation of efficiency of schemes of the laboratory control and testing of the healthy animals transported from not free on bluetongue virus of the EU countries in the Russian Federation in 2007–2011 which have been accepted by veterinary authorities port are presented in the article. Interpretation of results of laboratory quality monitoring, the infectious status of the imported animals, localization of place of possible infection of animals by bluetongue virus is given at export-import transactions.
