Conjunctivitis of thelaziosis etiology is a common parasitic pathology at the livestock breeding enterprises. Evaluation of the efficiency of specific and pathogenetic therapy for this disease is an urgent research task. The aim of the study was to evaluate the efficiency of the treatment of thelaziosis in the large horned cattle using the example of the Zenchenko and Co. in the Kyzylzhar district of North Kazakhstan region. Studies were conducted to assess the therapeutic efficacy of Ivermek, Gel for the treatment of thelaziosis and Mizofen-F at thelaziosis. The studies were conducted on spontaneously infected Simmental cattle. Diagnosis on bovine theleziosis was carried out according to the results of the clinical examination and parasitological study using the method of Gorodovich. The results of the studies were evaluated by indices of intensity and extensity: for Ivermec - 100%; the use of Gel for the treatment of theleziosis -60% and 73.6%; the use of Mizofen-F ointment showed 50% and 72,4%, respectively. The obtained results indicate high efficiency of Ivermek application at bovine theleziosis. The use of local remedies, namely Gel for the treatment of theleziosis and Mizofen-F ointment showed low efficacy, which may be associated with the formation of resistance of parasites to the active substances of these preparations and with the method of use. In this farm it is necessary to develop a new scheme to control bovine theleziosis with mandatory change of antiparasitic agent and inclusion of preventive measures aimed at protecting animals from the attack of pasture flies. Keywords: large horned cattle, Simmental breed, thelaziosis, efficiency extent, invasion intensity, therapy, antiparasitic preparation, study of efficiency. References: 1. Aksenova P. V.
