Summary. Helminthiasis of the intestinal tract of horses are widespread in farms of Belarus with extensive invasion up to 100%. These diseases cause significant damage to the horse breeding of the republic, as they reduce the productivity of animals, cause intoxication of the body, and with the high intensity of infection can lead to death of horses. The species composition of intestinal parasitoses of horses are represented by 33 species, including 31 species of nematodes, 1 type of cestodes (Anoptocephala perfoliata) and 1 type of coccidia (Eimeria leuckarti). The dominant species of the family Trichonematidae (Cyathostomatidae) are Cyathostomum tetrakanthum, Cylicocyclus nassatus, Cylicostephanus longibursatus, Cylicostephanus goldi, Cyathostomum pateratum, Cylicocyclus insigne, Cylicostephanus minutus, Coronocyclus labiatu, from the family Strongylidae - Strongylus equinus, Delafondia vulgaris, Alfortia edentatus, Triodontophorus serratus and T. brevicauda. High extensity of parascaryous, oxyure and anoplocephalidosis invasions has been established. According to the research results, the need for planned deworming has been shown. Moreover, taking into account mixtinvasion, it is necessary to use preparations of a wide spectrum, which have a complex effect on various classes of parasites. Horse farms of various forms of ownership have been monitored for helminth infection in horses for 17 years and have studied the efficacy of macrocyclic lactones and anthelmintics of the benzimidazole series in a comparative aspect. Accounting comparative efficacy of anthelmintic preparations was carried out both for individual and group processing. Authors studied the effect of such anthelmintic preparations as Univerm, Rivertin 1%, Fenbendavet 20%, Albendatim 10%, Valbazen, Pharmacin, Ivermectin 1%, Ecomectin 1%, Ivermec, Dectomax. Applied anthelmintics have various drawbacks in use - complicated technique for giving horses, lack of efficiency in associative parasitoses. Authors proved that the best effect was obtained with the use of Dectomax, the active ingredient of which is doramectin - new representative of the avermectin group. We recommend to use it intramuscularly to horses once in a dose of 1 ml/50 kg body weight when confirming the diagnosis of associative intestinal parasitoses.

Key words: horses, intestinal parasitoses, nematodes, intestinal strongylatosis, paraskarios, anthelmintics, univerm, rivertin, avermectin paste, dectomax.
