Immune status of farm animals, depending on productivity, season, physiological state and genotype

Shkuratova I.A., Isaeva A.G., Beykin Ya.B., Krivonogova A.S.

Summary. Authors studied parameters of immune system of cows with a high level of productivity, depending on the physiological state of the genotype, season of the year for the possible development of a system of correction of immunodeficient conditions.

It is established that hematologic parameters in different physiological periods did not differ significantly, but starting with immunological parameters lactation varied significantly, primarily towards decrease.

Complex clinical examination and immunological monitoring, testing the basic parameters of cellular and humoral immunity should be carried out at least once a year in cows with higher levels of productivity for early diagnosis of immunodeficiency.

Keywords: immunopathology of animals, clinical examination, immune status, ecology, productivity, season of the year, examination.
