Abstract.Various means and methods of their application are used to carry out therapeutic and preventive measures in case of moniesiosis of animals. At the same time, the effectiveness of anthelmintics can vary significantly, depending on the age of the animals, their physiological condition, the presence of other diseases and pathologies, as well as the occurrence of resistance with prolonged use of the drug. In this regard, the search for the most effective drugs that can significantly reduce the incidence of moniesiosis in animals is one of the main factors in ensuring the veterinary well-being of livestock production enterprises. For this purpose, in the system of therapeutic and preventive measures during deworming of animals to obtain maximum therapeutic effectiveness, it is necessary to use the following drugs: Albazen 20%, alben, Monizen forte, Monizen, Ritril, 10% suspensions of albendazole and fenbendazole, febtal granulate and helmicide granulate, suspension of 2.5% praziquantel, anthelmintic composition «Kuprazoxsal» and the supramolecular complex of niclosamide with arabinogalactane. Keywords: scoping review, moniesiosis, sheep, cattle, anthelmintics, extens effectiveness, intensive effectiveness. References: 1. Akbaev M. S. Abstract of the D.Sc. dissertation. 1986: 37 p. 2.
