Epizootic situation on especially dangerous infectious diseases in Krasnodar region in 2011-2017

Summary. Analysis of the epizootic situation on especially dangerous infectious diseases in Krasnodar region in 2011-2017 and forecast of its development in 2018 is presented in the article. The risks of outbreaks of African swine fever, brucellosis, rabies, tuberculosis, leptospirosis, ornithosis, avian influenza, nodular dermatitis and other diseases in various municipalities of Krasnodar region are estimated. The number of unfavorable points, the number of cases of disease and the focal coefficient on especially dangerous infectious diseases are indicated according to data for 2011-2017. The dynamics of changes in the number of unfavorable points and the focal coefficient is shown for the next 2 years. Seasonality of occurrence, specific structure and distribution of especially dangerous infectious diseases in the region is described. Territorial distribution of especially dangerous infections of the Kuban with division into zones of risk of these diseases is shown. Authors outlined nosological structure of especially dangerous infectious diseases, registered in Krasnodar region for the period from 2011 to 2017. Data on the prevalence of African swine fever, avian influenza, nodular dermatitis and smallpox of sheep and goats in the Russian Federation, according to the official website of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance, are presented in the article.
