UDC: 636.92 Omelchenko N.N, Kaloshkina I.M., Lysenko A.A. Summary. Tens and hundreds of different species of microorganisms are associated with the animal's organism. Microbiocenoses are formed in natural habitats in contact with the external environment (digestive and urogenital system, lungs, skin, etc.). There is typical for this type (obligate, resident) and random (optional, transient) microflora. Microecological balance of intestinal biocenosis impaired by the action of a number of factors that leads to the predominance of potentially pathogenic microbes. Pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms contact and penetrate into the organism of the animal during the life, including in structure of total complex of microflora. The use of probiotic feed additive is of great scientific and practical interest. It is important to establish and maintain conditions under which, directly or indirectly the settlement of the gastrointestinal tract of animals' normal microflora is formed. Physiological significance of the main representatives of the normal microflora was briefly described, quantitative composition of microorganisms in the intestines of the rabbits on the background of the use of Bacell-M probiotic feed additive was studied the in the article. Bacteria belonging to the feed probiotic supplements, multiply in the gut of animals produce biologically active substances, which increase the digestibility and absorption of nutrients, help to neutralize mycotoxins, have a positive effect on the natural resistance of the rabbits' organism, which is a fundamental factor that increases resistance to infectious diseases and is followed by an increase in average daily weight gain. Microbiological monitoring of the microflora in rabbits allows to correct unwanted changes in a timely manner beneficial autochthonous part of the normal microflora, to correct violations through the injection of beneficial bacterial representatives and prevent the development of dysbiosis. Thus, Bacell-M should be regularly carried out microbiological studies of species composition and quantitative relations in the autochthonous microflora of the gastrointestinal tract of rabbits when grown on intensive technology with the use of the feed probiotic additive. Keywords: rabbits, probiotic, dysbiosis, normal intestinal microflora, laboratorydiagnostics, obligate, facultative, transient, opportunistic microorganisms, bifidobacteria, lactobacilli, Bacillus subtilis.
