Dmitriev A.F., Novoseltsev G.G., Chernykh O.Yu.

Summary

The aim of our work is the evaluation of efficiency of roncoleukin use for immune status correction and increase of reability in diagnostics of young bovine leucose. Bovine leucose virus has immunosuppresive properties, what can develop different pathology and the possibility of intrauterine infection of offsprings is not excluded. Herewith, it is important to do early and accurate diagnosis of heifers. Correction of the young bovine’s immune system can increase the realibility of serological diagnosis. The heifers (57 heads) born from the cows with different level of predisposition to the leucosis have been tested. The cow’s immune correction by the roncoleukin didn’t influence on the increase of the efficiency of immune diagnostics of young bovine leucose.
