EFFECT OF PHYSIOLOGICAL STATE OF BROILER CHICKENS DUE TO GROWTH RATE ON ACTIVITY OF ATPase OF ERYTHROCYTES

Maksimov V.I., Fedorova E.Yu., Mosyagin V.V.

Summary

Peptide fodder additive and sodium succinate affect physiological processes that provide growth rate associated with the activity of transport ATPase enzyme systems. The greatest increase in body weight of broilers of "ISA" and "Broiler-6" crosses is marked in the groups receiving the peptide fodder additive from waste of leather industry, and the lowest – in the group receiving sodium succinate; growth rate of broiler chickens of "ISA" cross was significantly higher than of "Broiler-6" cross.

Key words: growth rate, ATPase, broiler chickens, peptide fodder additive, succinate, red blood cells, cytoplasmic membrane, nucleus.
