Summary. The intensive development of industrial poultry farming poses an urgent task for veterinary science to develop new and improve existing methods of combating various invasive and infectious diseases of birds. The successful development of this task will contribute to further specialization and intensification of this profitable sector of the economy, a sharp increase in the production of the most valuable food products - eggs and meat. Eimeriosis of birds is widespread in Russia and causes significant damage to the poultry industry, which consists of mortality, retarded growth and development of poultry, losses of meat products and increased feed costs. To combat this invasion, various chemotherapeutic drugs that have an eimecidal effect are used. However, with prolonged use, resistance to them appears. By alternating highly effective anti-eimeriosis drugs, taking into account their properties of activating the immune system, it is possible to extend the period of use of these drugs in the fight against this avian infestation. The material for the research was scrapings of droppings from the floor, bedding, feed, equipment, as well as samples of the blind shoots of dead birds. Many drugs are used without taking into account their long-term effects on the body of birds and, in addition, cause addiction to eimeria, becoming ineffective. The authors have carried out work to improve existing methods for the prevention and treatment of avian eimeriosis using modern coccidiostats, which is of great scientific and practical importance. By using alternation of highly effective anti-eimeriosis drugs, taking into account their properties of activating the immune system, it is possible to extend the period of use of drugs in the fight against bird infestation. Studies have established that the drugs Coccisan in combination with Hydro Rex Vital and Coccidiovit with Amivit tonic have high therapeutic efficacy in spontaneous eimeriosis, 95.0% and 98.0%, respectively.

Keywords: poultry farming, chickens, invasions, eimeriosis, contamination, oocyst, prevention, eimeriostasis, pathogen resistance, therapeutic efficacy.
