Sammury. The article presents data on the composition of the microbiota of breast secretions of highly productive cows with mastitis. The studies were conducted in three agricultural organizations located in the Sverdlovsk region, a total of 68 samples of breast secretions of cows with clinical (n=28) and subclinical (n=40) forms of mastitis were selected. The microbiota of the mammary gland secretions of highly productive cows with mastitis was represented by 153 cultures of microorganisms belonging to 25 genera, of which Acinetobacte (18.3%), Staphylococcus (9.8%), Pseudomonas (8.5%), Klebsiella (6.5%), Aerococcus (6.5%), Kocuria (5.9%), Stenotrophomonas (5.2%). The isolated microorganisms belonged to 57 species, the most numerous species composition is represented by the genus Acinetobacte, which included eight spe cies: A. pittii (8.5%), A. johnsonii (3.3%), A. ursingii (2.0%), A. iwoffii (2.0%), A. gyllenbergii (0.7%), A. junii (0.7%), A. seifertii (0.7%), A. baumannii (0.7%). The isolated representatives of the genus Staphylococcus were part of seven species: St. haemolyticus (2.6%), St. aureus (2.6%), St. chromogenes (2.0%), St. epidermidis (0.7%), St. hyicus (0.7%), St. cohnii ssp.urealyticus (0.7%), St. cohnii ssp.cohnii (0.7%). It was found that in 61.8% of cases, mastitis occurs as a co-infection, of which 26.5% of cases are caused by two pathogens, three and four pathogens were seeded in 11.8% and 13.2%, a complex microbiome consisting of five and six microorganisms was isolated in 4.4% and 5.9% of samples, respectively. In 38.2% of cases, mastitis is registered as a monoinfection. The microbiome represented by the monoculture belongs to 18 types of microorganisms, the pathogenic pathogen of mastitis Trueperella pyogenes was most often sown (19.2%).
