Summary
Increase of anthropogenic impact on humans and animals in industrial regions promotes negative effect on vital systems (immune, endocrine, hematopoietic, metabolic) and leads to decrease in natural resistance and development of immunodeficiency, which reduces the use of the biological potential of the animals.
Authors assessed accumulation degree of heavy metals in water, food plants and animal organisms in the industrial area. It is established that accumulation of heavy metals in the parenchymal organs and bones of the skeleton in animals from farms located in 2 – 5 km zone was significantly higher than normal values.
Ecotoxicants selectively deposited in organs and tissues of cattle: lead in bones, zinc and lead in muscles, zinc and copper in liver, cadmium in kidney.
Due to the fact that enterosorbents of marine hydrobionts possess expressed effect in detoxifying lead intoxication, authors studied the effect of alginate, chitosan and zosterin on sorption of heavy metals and immunohematologic indices of fattening calves. New system of correction minimizing negative effects of technogenic emissions in the organisms and improving biological potential was developed.
Key words: anthropogenic impact, ecotoxicants, intoxication, biological potential, cumulation, heavy metals, enterosorbents, emission, hydrobionts.
