Summary. Research data on the use of Mastodynone as part of complex therapy for dyshormonal mammary dysplasia in dogs are presented in the article. The studies were carried out on the basis of the veterinary clinic of the North Caucasus Zonal Research Veterinary Institute in the period from 2021 to 2023. The experiment included 14 dogs diagnosed with dishormonal mammary dysplasia. The studied animals were divided into 2 groups for the experiment. Animals of the experimental group for the treatment of this pathology were treated with Amoxicillin LA 15% at the rate of 1 ml per 10 kg of body weight of the animal twice with an interval of 48 hours intramuscularly. The treatment regimen was supplemented with the oral use of Mastodynone with a small amount of water at the rate of 1 drop per 1 kg of animal weight twice a day for 3 months. Animals of the control group received only Amoxicillin LA 15% at the rate of 1 ml per 10 kg of body weight of the animal twice with an interval of 48 hours intramuscularly. Three months later, the therapeutic effect was evaluated in both groups of animals. In the experimental group, 85.7% of the animals recovered. In the control group of 7 dogs, only 1 animal recovered, which was 14.3%. In other animals, the clinical picture of dyshormonal mammary dysplasia did not change. With weekly monitoring of the physiological parameters of the studied animals, it was found that the diagnosis of dyshormonal mammary dysplasia is not reflected in the physiological parameters of dogs. However, it was found that the use of Mastodynone has a positive effect on the hematological parameters of dogs.
