Summary. The article describes the results of the research on structure of opportunistic pathogenic microflora in commercial dairy farms, pig-farming enterprises and poultry farms. The research was done on species composition of microbiota in wash-offs from mucosa, skin, and coat of animals, wash-offs from equipment, feed and drinking pans, fences, surfaces, tools; in samples of bedding, manure, drinking water, feed stuff, premix, and air. In commercial dairy farms research was done in maternity barns, calf-sheds, and departments for milking herd; in pig-farming enterprises - in departments for pregnant and farrowed sows, store pigs, nursery, and fattening; in poultry farms the samples from bedding and poultry dung and wash-off from cages, feeding and drinking pans and dung conveyor were taken; wash-offs from mucosa, feather and skin, from cloaca of laying hens of various age groups in egg-type farms and of broiler chickens of preslaughter age in meat-type farms. The research was done on frequency distribution of typical representatives of pathogenic and opportunistic pathogenic microflora in various kinds of animal enterprises. The analysis of interconnection between structure of opportunistic pathogenic microbiocenosis and profile of an enterprise, ecological status of agrobiocenosis and some definite technological factors was done. It was stated that there is interconnection between the level of technogenic contamination of environment and amount of P. aeruginosa, S. aureus and other representatives in structure of microflora in commercial dairy farms, and low variability of microbiological pattern and high homogeny of parameters of screening of microflora in pig-farming complexes, as compared to the parameters obtained in commercial dairy or poultry farms. The research was supported by a grant from the Russian Science Foundation (Project No. 18-16-00040).
