Summary. Necessity to introduce probiotic preparations with extended assortment of functional microflora in their composition to produce ecologically safe poultry products in the diet of broiler chickens is justified in the article. Application of probiotic preparations for minimizing the influence of antibiotic use and an alternative for some of the preparations used in the composition of pharmaceutical preparations in the poultry industry. In this connection the purpose of scientific experiment was to study new, underutilized probiotic microorganisms and their effects on growth and development of broiler chickens, multifunctional use of useful microflora to bioutilization poultry waste and rationale for the use of culture Azotobacter is a nitrogen component processing of preparation. It was found that the use of bacterial milk propionic acid concentrate and feed additives based on Azotobacter culture has a positive effect on live weight gain, safety broiler chickens, and to increase economic effect obtained when using the studied additives in feeding broiler chickens in production conditions. Our results on the effect of probiotic supplements to the feed in the diet of broiler chickens also allow their use in growing turkeys, ducks, geese, quails. Proved by expediency of using Azotobacter culture in a preparation composed of preparation and feed products for poultry, which defines a wide range of culture activity.

Key words: poultry, probiotic, bacterial milk-propionic acid concentrate, Azotobacter, feed additive, biological preparation, live weight, productivity, economic effect, litter, nitrogen fixation.
