Immune and hormonal status of pigs received natural metabolites
Urban G.A.
Summary
Object of the research was the study of the immune and hormonal status of pigs, receiving natural metabolites. For the decision of this problem natural metabolites available in the organism of the animals and participating in complex metabolic processes (selenium, succinic acid, karolin – provitamin A) were used as subsidized supplements for pigs.
Use of active natural metabolics at the last stage of sexual function forming promotes stable high immune reactivity and higher hormonal status, which positively influence on insemination, gestation and farrowing.
Key words: natural metabolite, immune status, hormonal status, pigs, selenium, succinic acid, karolin.
