Summary. Authors studied the dynamics of resistance formation in houseflies Musca domestica (for a 4-year period) when commercial insecticidal preparations were used against them in their natural habitat - livestock farms in the Tyumen district of the Tyumen region. In two farms engaged in cattle breeding, a study was made of the dynamics of the formation of resistance in house flies Musca domestica to representatives of five chemical groups of insecticides when exposed to pyrethroids and neonicotinoids. Over the entire period, moderate resistance to pyrethroids (deltamethrin) - RR 13.8 was revealed, and low resistance to neonicotinoids (acetamiprid) - RR 3.8 in farm No. 1 and, respectively, RR-9.7 and RR-1.9 in farm No. 2. Cross-resistance to ivermectin, fipronil and chlorfenapyr was not recorded. When comparing data on the rate of formation of resistance in natural populations of insects with data from literary sources obtained in the laboratory, it was revealed that resistance in insects to these substances develops much more slowly. This, presumably, may indicate that, under natural conditions, these studies are interrupted by insecticide exposure due to cooling in the autumn-winter period, when they stop. The data obtained can be used to develop an integrated system for controlling the number of flies at veterinary sanitary supervision facilities in order to ensure high efficiency and economic feasibility of measures.
