Summary. Data on the efficacy of the combined use of the eimeriocidal preparation Avatec and the probiotic strolitin at spontaneous eimeriosis in broiler chickens are presented in the article. Eimeriosis occupies the leading position among the parasitic diseases of poultry registered in the Republic of Dagestan. Eimeria mainly affects young growth aged from 7-10 days to three months. The invasion causes significant economic damage to the poultry industry, which is formed due to mortality, inhibition of the growth and development of poultry, loss of meat products, reduction in carcass categories and increased feed costs. Nowadays the fight against avian eimerioses must be carried out constantly throughout the entire technological cycle of keeping, using highly effective eimeriostatics. It must be borne in mind that many drugs are used without taking into account their longterm effects on the body of poultry, and, in addition, eimeria become resistant and drugs become ineffective. In the prevention of avian eimeriosis, preference is given to the use of eimericidal agents, taking into account the possibility of parasite resistance. Therefore, the search for new and improvement of existing methods of prevention and treatment using modern coccidiostatics will prolong the development and resistance of the parasite to the used drugs. The authors carried out production tests of the efficiency of drugs on spontaneously diseased broiler chickens with eimeriosis in the farm that is unfavorable for eimeriosis. It was found that the efficacy of the combined use of the Avatec drug and the Strolitin probiotic was 95.2%, while the safety of the livestock in the control group by the end of rearing was 51.6%.
