Summary. Studies on the use of complex preparation and probiotic "Biokonkurent" were carried out on hens of egg direction (Shaver brauncross) in the farm of Stavropol region. Probiotic preparation "Biokonkurent" is a concentrate of three strains of lactic acid bacteria, propionic acid bacteria and prebiotic lactulose.
As a result of scientific and industrial studies on stimulating effect of preparation complex it was established that the use of complex preparation and probiotic "Biokonkurent" in industrial rearing of chickens as well as their combination increased natural resistance of the blood in all experimental groups.
Cultivation of the young growth with the use of complex preparation and probiotic "Biokonkurent" alone and in combination had a positive impact on their better development. As a result of 70 days’ observation hens of test groups carried more eggs from the onset of lay. In this case, morphological and biochemical egg qualities didn’t concede to the indices of control level, and was even slightly higher.
Authors’ calculations confirmed the economic feasibility of a complex preparation and probiotic "Biokonkurent" during rearing of young stock from day-old age and continuing considering the transition to new fodders. It is proved that the use of preparations in combination allowed to get the best additional profit.
Keywords: egg rearing chickens, desoldering during periods of growth, complex preparation, probiotic "Biokonkurent", egg production, egg morphology, egg amino acid content.
