Summary
Growth of the dairy efficiency accompanied with essential decrease in indices of reproduction, increases of endometrites was observed in the recent decades in cattle breeding. Antimicrobic preparations are used for treatment of endometritis. But their efficiency is often insufficient. Autors made a complex liquid antimicrobic preparation of antibiotics tetracycline and chloramphenicol – tetrasolvin. Standard documentation on production, quality control and application was developed. Physical. chemical and main pharmaco-toxicological properties of tetrasolvin were studied. Pharmacocinetics of a tetrasolvin is characterized by fast adsorption from a place of the injection, detection in blood serum in 30 minutes, achievement of the maximum concentration of antibiotics in 6-9 hours and finding of therapeutic concentration of antibiotics (0,2 and 0,3 ml/kg of weight of a body) in blood serum within 72 hours; residual amounts of active ingredients are found in 120 hours after the last use of a preparation. Use of animals on meat is authorized not earlier than 7-8 days. Preventive and therapeutic efficiency of tetrasolvin at endometritises of cows (87 and 80%) and sows (93 and 90%) was studied.
Key words: tetrasolvin, tetracycline, chloramphenicol, cows, pigs, endometritis, metrit-mastitis-agalaktiya, efficiency, toxicity, pharmacological properties.
