Summary. New preparation of animal and plant origin, the results of bacteriological studies of microflora isolated from endometritis in cows located on livestock farms in Krasnodar region are presented in the article. The biological characteristics of the most frequently isolated microflora have been determined. Components for the construction of the new drug were also selected: CO2 extract of the animal component, CO2 extract of chamomile, ichthyol, dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), polyethylene glycol (PEG 400) and its fungicidal and bactericidal properties were studied.
