Summary. Mastitis is one of the most widespread diseases, has wide circulation not only in the period of a lactemia. The main problem falls on an initial stage раздоя when the mammary gland is vulnerabler to pathogenic microorganisms. Various disturbances bound to the contents and rules of milking of animals lead to serious diseases of a mammary gland and in particular to mastites. As a result milk is unsuitable for the use and is subject to utilization, for treatment expensive medicines are used, often animals are discarded. All these factors lead to larger economic losses. Results on comparison are presented to diffusion of mastitis in farms of Krasnodar region and also preventive efficiency of a new probiotic agent with an agent for processing of papillas at the lactating cows after milking of Dipal® (DeLaval producer - Sweden). By the conducted researches it is established that, the case rate of cows a mastitis in farms of Krasnodar region, on average, makes 39,3%. We noticed that clinically expressed mastitis averages 25,7% of total number of the cows who got sick with a mastitis, and 74,3% fall to the share of a subclinical mastitis on average. 104 animals were involved in experience. The udder of all animals prior to the experiment was processed an agent after milking of Dipal®. As a result of the conducted researches it was established that use of a probiotic agent within 5 weeks allows to prevent a clinical mastitis in 97,5%, the hidden mastitis - in 90,4 and nipple cracks of an udder - in 80,8% of cases.
