Summary. International veterinary organizations note that infectious diseases have a significant impact on the epizootic and epidemiological well-being of territories in connection with the fact that they are largely due to natural foci. Statistical data on the epizootic situation on infectious animal diseases in Krasnodar region in 2009-2022 are presented in the article. The authors carried out monitoring and analysis of the epizootic well-being of the area for infectious diseases in 2022, as well as a brief forecast of the incidence. Over the past 14 years of observation (20092022), 1 902 unfavorable points of quarantine diseases of farm, domestic and wild animals and poultry have been registered in Krasnodar region. In 2022, 1 105 unfavorable points for infectious diseases were registered, including: bovine brucellosis - 7, brucellosis of small horned cattle - 1, brucellosis of horses - 1, canine brucellosis - 1; rabies in cats - 1; bovine leukemia - 1 091; ornithosis - 1; nosematosis - 1; in which 812 heads of horned cattle and 50 heads of poultry were diseased. The zone of high risk of infectious diseases includes most of the municipalities of Krasnodar region. The forecast of the epizootic situation in the region for the current year on rabies in wild carnivores and small domestic animals, brucellosis of large and small horned cattle, leptospirosis, African swine fever, avian flu is cautious.
