Summary. Superovulation is mainly conducted for large horned cattle embryos obtaining in modern animal husbandry. At the same time this method is used for adjustment, improvement and study of physiological processes in folliculogenesis hormonal induction and can be applied to model animals. Preparations with pituitary gonadotropins are mostly used for superovulation. Such preparations are known to have a number of advantages as compared to serum gonadotropins. At the same time, the stages of catabolism are very short that causes a number of difficulties during the superovulation procedure. In this regard, the study and adjustment of safe superovulation methods have practical and research significance. This article shows data on the study of embryo donor gonadotropic blood profiles when superovulation methods with pituitary gonadotropins are used. It presents qualitative and quantitative indices of superovulation such as total ovarian response, number of corpus luteum, number of unovulated follicles, ovarian size. Follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone concentration dynamics according to preparations with pituitary gonadotropins administration are described. Obtained data show that the best indicators were achieved in groups with prolongators. The statistical significance was found between the number of mature and ovulated follicles with superovulation inducing by FSH-super combined with polyvinyl alcohol and polyethylene glycol and those in control group and group with traditional FSH-super administration. There were no statistic significant differences in groups with different prolongators. At the same time superovulation indicators were higher in the group with PEG prolongator than in those with PVA prolongator.
