Epizootic situation on invasive diseases in the north Caucasus region

Summary. Research results on spread of morbidity of farm animals, fur ani­mals and poultry invasive diseases in the farms of the Krasnodar region for the period 2015-2017 are presented in the article. Authors used the statistical data of veterinary reports for the period 2015-2017 of the Kropotkin Regional Veterinary

Laboratory on the registration of the incidence of farm animals, fur animals and poultry by invasive diseases in farms of Krasnodar region, as well as own research materials from 23 districts and two cities: Labinskiy, Pavlovskiy, Gulkevichskiy, Primorsko-Akhtarskiy, Novokubanskiy, Slavyanskiy, Bryukhovetskiy, Kanevskiy, Kuschevskiy, Novopokrovskiy, Vyselkovskiy, Kvkazskiy, Yeyskiy, Belorechenskiy, Korenovskiy, Kurganinskiy, Timashevskiy, Leningradskiy, Severskiy, Ust-Labinskiy, Otradnenskiy, Starominskiy, Tikhoretskiy districts and the cities of Novorossiysk and Sochi. 16 224 positive samples were identified in the study of 133 618 samples of the pathological materials. 54 names of different invasive diseases in various species of farm animals, fur animals, domestic carnivores and birds were registered in the nosological profile. However, the following invasive diseases were found more often: eimeriosis in cattle - 46.91%, in small ruminants - 54.02%, in poultry - 59.67%, in fur animals - 65.71%; esophagostomosis in cattle - 98.34%, in pigs - 76.19%; strongyloidiasis in horses - 35.09%; passalurosis in rabbits - 54.54%; trichomoniasis in poultry - 68.5%; ascariasis in pigs - 29.08%; balantidiasis in pigs - 23.07%; piroplasmosis in cattle - 36.84%, in dogs - 35.40%; fascioliasis in cattle - 46.24%; dirofilariasis in dogs - 22.91%. Eimeriosis in large horned cattle, poultry, fur animals and rabbits, ezophagostomosis, ascaridosis, strongyloidiasis, fascioliasis, piroplasmosis, babesiosis in large horned cattle, passalurosis in rabbits, trichomoniasis, ganghuteracidosis in poultry, balantidiasis in pigs, piroplasmosis and dirofilariasis in dogs dominated in the nosological profile.
