Summary. Acute intestinal diseases of calves are widespread on farms of various countries of the world. Often associations of such enterobakterias as escherichias, enterobakters, klebsiellas and citrobakters take part in development of diarrheas. This infectious process takes on the character of the mixed intestinal infection, which is characterized by rapid spread, high morbidity, severe course and the complexity of the treatment. However, if in respect of escherichias etiological significance in the development of diarrhea is no doubts, in relation to other enterobacterias opinions are not unambiguous. In this regard, the aim of research was to determine the epizootic strains from Escherichia coli, Enterobacter cloacae, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Citrobacterfreundii, isolated from calves with acuteintestinal diseases on farms of Krasnodar territory some pathogenicity factors contributing to the development of diarrhea. It was found that among Escherichia coli 83,1% strains possess adhesive properties, while in 31,5% adhesins were presented common pili, the number of hemolytic strains was 42,7%, and producing exotoxins - 43,8%. Among the number of Enterobacter cloacae strains having similar properties was - 65,5, 25,5, 23,6 and 41,8%; Klebsiella pneumoniae - 78,3, 13,0, 34,8 and 30,4%; Citrobacterfreundii - 66,7, 23,3, 16,7 and 13,3%. Prevalence among enterobakters, klebsiellas and citrobakters of the options having pathogenic properties gives the grounds to carry these microorganisms to the category of an etiological significant and the fact of their presence at pathological material should be considered when developing actions at acute intestinal diseases.
