Summary

Biologically active substances stimulating digestion processes and growth are currently produced from endocrine cells of duodenum (powder "Enterodon"). Both influence of these preparations on fertility of meat breed pigs (Steppe breed (ST) and Don breed (DM-1)) and evaluation of animal resistance at use of these preparations was ascertained. In conducted research sows’ fertility in experimental groups greatly depended on intestinal hormones doses and fractions. Analyzing obtained data it can be found out the best groups among DM-1 as well as among ST in accordance with controlled groups. The highest indices in DM-1: 1-st group in number and indices of phagocytes and in blood volume; 2-nd group – in FA, BABS, LABS, CRC; 3-rd group – in natural agglutinins’ titers. The highest indices in ST groups: 1-st group in number and indices of phagocytes and in blood volume; 2-nd group – in FA, BABS, LABS, CRC; 3-rd group – in natural agglutinins’ titers. The best group according to natural agglutinins’ level is the 2-nd DM-1 group. It has the highest indices among the others groups as well as in comparison with controlled ones; middle indices – 3-rd group and the worst ones are in the 1-st group.

Key words: intestinal polypeptides, gastrin, pancreozymin, serotonin, reproductive qualities of pigs.
